I love this cookie for several reasons. First off, it’s not your ordinary cookie. Next, they’re fast, easy, delicious, and will for sure be a favorite. If you have ever had a Levain cookie you will know they are known for their jumbo size and superb flavor. This recipe makes 7-8 large cookies so less baking time which means you will have these delicious cookies ready to eat in no time.

I feel like these cookies are a cult classic and everyone has made these at least once in their life. It’s the easiest recipe which is why it is a favorite among young and old.
